The Brooklyn is a little gem.... an authentic family run hotel away from the hussle and hassle of central Addis or the Bole road. The staff could not be better, the food was excellent and yet it was still clearly Ethiopia rather than being stuck in a sterile modern 'western' hotel.

Nothing to like , the woreta hotel ever , too far from bole airport about 25 km in the outskirts of Addis. The owner/manger mr Biruk not straight forward with their shuttle payment, I am sorry to say mr Biruk appears to be arrogant when approached for problems

The hotel environment is nice, good value for the money. We have an impromptu change in tour plans and they quickly supported us! Food is good and staff are incredibly nice

The staff were the most helpful and genuine staff I have ever encountered in all my time travelling. The staff couldn't have done more to meet my needs and requests. The hotel has a lovely feel to it especially the lobby area.

Very kind and full of hospitality, especially high-tall woman staff, when I was standing with laptop on corridor so that tring to connect with WiFi, lead me to the top floor where Wi-Fi was much better connected. Even without operational manual, she looked eager to solve problem of customer, Highly appreciatiing her kindness. Also love unique equipment with nice design.
